Cancellation Policy

Deposit is *NON-REFUNDABLE*. RESCHEDULING: - 72h notice is required to transfer the deposit to another date if your plans change, or your deposit will be forfeit. For complimentary touchups, you will be automatically be charged a $100 fee (automatically charged to your credit card on file). - 24h notice is required If you are feeling unwell/have symptoms of illness to transfer the deposit to a new date, or your deposit will be forfeit. For complimentary touchups, you will automatically be charged a $100 fee (automatically charged to your credit card on file). Reschedules can be done ONLINE with 72h notice (the change/cancel button at the bottom of your initial confirmation email) or by phone/text to your artist. No email/social media messages. You will need to pay a new deposit to rebook. - For complimentary touch ups, you will automatically be charged a $150 NO-SHOW FEE. [ ALL OTHER SERVICES (lashes/brow lamination/saline/skin) ] - You will be charged the full amount of your service. LATE ARRIVALS - We offer a 20 minute grace period before your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Deposit will be forfeit (complimentary touchups will be charged a $100 fee). - For lash extensions, we will lash in the time remaining at the full cost of service. Thanks for your understanding!
