We're currently looking for a talented Lash Artist to join our growing team in a commission-based independent contractor role.

Your Responsibilities


  • Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services with exceptional attention to detail

  • Deliver high-quality lash lifts using our signature lifting technique

  • Conduct thorough consultations and recommend services based on client goals

  • Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace

  • Contribute to a positive client experience that encourages retention and referrals

  • Support the growth of your clientele through relationship-building and professional social media presence



Qualifications


  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional lash extension experience

  • An existing client base is strongly preferred. We understand some candidates may be bound by a non-competition agreement - we ask that you respect any existing obligations, and we encourage you to apply if you're in a position to actively build your clientele with us from day one

  • Certification in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions

  • Ability to complete a full volume set within 2–2.5 hours while maintaining excellent retention and technique

  • Lash Lift and Brow Lamination certifications are considered an asset

  • Experience with specialty Lash Extension sets (e.g. Wet Lash, Manga, Angel, Mega volume, Eyeliner Effect etc.) preferred but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate on the specialty sets we offer.
