Re-Scheduling
IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE
72h notice is required to transfer the deposit to another date, or your deposit will be forfeit.
For appointments which no deposit was charged (packages, etc.):
You will be automatically be charged a $100 fee (to credit card on file).
IF YOU GET SICK OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY
24h notice is required if you are feeling unwell/have symptoms of illness/have an emergency to transfer the deposit to another date, or your deposit will be forfeit.
For appointments which no deposit was charged (packages, etc.):
you will automatically be charged a $100 fee (to credit card on file).
HOW TO RESCHEDULE
Through the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button in your confirmation email
(see image below)
OR by PHONE/TEXT to your artist.
Requests under 72 hours cannot be done online, and must be done by PHONE/TEXT to your artist (if you're unsure who your artist is, please contact Natalia).

Cancellations & No-Shows
CANCELLATIONS
As outlined in our booking policies, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose to cancel. If you simply need to reschedule, please refer to the previous section to learn more.

NO SHOWS
We are a small business, so when you don't show up for a time slot that we reserve JUST FOR YOU, with NO NOTICE, it is not only disrespectful of our time, it causes a significant negative disruption to us and our artists. In the event you do not show up for your scheduled appointment with no notice (by phone or text), the following will apply:
— NEW Cosmetic & Medical Tattoo services —
Deposit is forfeit AND automatically be charged a $150 no-show fee
(up to total cost of service).
You will need to pay a NEW deposit to rebook.
— Pre-paid services (2nd session tattoo packages, skin packages)—
You will automatically be charged a $150 no-show fee.
— All other services (lashes, brow lamination, saline, skin) —
You will automatically be charged the FULL cost of the service.

Punctuality
If you are running late, please notify us by texting your artist directly.
We have a 15 minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on your artist's schedule, as most of our services require a set amount of time to be completed to Studio N's quality standard. If so, the deposit will be forfeit (or if no deposit was required, you will be charged a $100 late fee) since we can no longer fill that time slot.
For lash extension apts only, we will do our best to lash in the time remaining at the full cost of service.
Share The Love - Referrals
As a token of our thanks for your support, you will receive the gift of a referral credit toward future services & product purchase when you refer a new client to us.
To receive the referral credit, the individual you referred must list your name in the 'Referred by' field when they fill out their client form at their first visit. Don't forget to give us their name so we can check for you!

Returns & Exchanges
No refunds. In-store credit & exchanges only.
All sealed/unopened products brought back within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for in-store credit amounting to the total price paid on the date of purchase (minus shipping fees). After the 14-day period, all sales are final. Proof of payment is required for all returns and exchanges.
If you decide to return your product for in-store credit, you'll receive a Gift Card amounting to the total you paid (minus any shipping fees if ordered online) and this balance can be used on any product/service at our studio (no expiry).
For SkinCeuticals products: if you have opened/used your product and are not 100% satisfied, please contact us by email (info@studioNbeauty.com)

Shipping Policy
We use Shippo to provide live shipping rates at checkout based on the contents in your cart and the shipping destination. Once you enter your postal code, country and province, you'll be able to see the cheapest available option in the categories "Standard Shipping" & "Express Shipping", where you can choose the option that best suits you. All options include free parcel tracking and are done via Canada Post.
